Privacy policy
Who we are
This policy explains how Stacey Gonder, doing business as By Stacey G and Unleash Your Magic, collects, uses and protects your personal information. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email, billing details and, for clearance items, your shipping address. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- When you enroll in coaching: your answers to the Discovery Questionnaire and other intake forms, photos you choose to share (such as of yourself or your wardrobe), notes from our sessions, and recordings of sessions where they are made.
- When you join our list: your name and email.
- When you browse: basic technical data such as your device, browser and pages visited, collected through cookies.
How we use it
- To deliver your program and communicate with you about it
- To process payments and fulfil orders
- To send you emails you've signed up for (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- To improve our website and programs
We never sell your personal information.
Tools we use
We use trusted service providers to run the business, and they handle your information only to provide their service to us. These include Shopify (website and payments), GoHighLevel (email, forms and scheduling), Zoom (online sessions), Google Workspace (file storage for program materials) and WhatsApp (VIP Day support, when included). Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.
Your photos, recordings and story
Anything you share during coaching is used only to support your program. We will never post or share your photos, name, story or session recordings, including as a testimonial, without your explicit permission.
How long we keep it
We keep coaching files for 2 years after your program ends, then delete them. Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. Email stacey@bystaceyg.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure, access-limited storage. No online system is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Age
Our programs are for adults. By using this site, you confirm you are of the age of majority where you live.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here.
