Overview

This website, bystaceyg.com, is operated by Stacey Gonder, doing business as By Stacey G and Unleash Your Magic ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms. We may update them from time to time; changes take effect when posted here.

What we offer

We offer style and self-expression coaching: self-guided digital programs (such as Mirror Magic), 1:1 coaching programs (The Magic Within, Unleash Your Magic, Live Your Magic), VIP Days, and group programs (the Unleash Your Magic Mastermind). We also sell remaining ready-to-wear and costume inventory on a final-sale clearance basis.

Coaching is not therapy

Coaching is a creative, forward-focused partnership. It is not therapy, counselling, medical care or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for them. You remain responsible for your own choices, actions and results.

Results

Every person's experience is different. We share the outcomes our programs are designed to support, but we cannot guarantee any specific result.

Payment

Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency. Programs are paid in full at purchase unless a deposit or payment arrangement is offered in writing. Deposits secure your place and are non-refundable. Any remaining balance must be paid by the date stated in your enrollment details for your place to be held.

Refunds

There are no refunds for coaching programs, VIP Days, group programs, workshops or digital programs once purchased. Clearance items are final sale. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.

Scheduling and missed sessions

1:1 sessions are booked at mutually agreed times. Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Sessions missed without notice are forfeited. Programs are designed to be completed within their stated timeframe; unused sessions do not carry over after the program ends unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Group programs

Mastermind sessions are held live online. Sessions may be recorded. Recordings are never shared with anyone without the explicit permission of everyone who appears in them. What members share in the group stays in the group. We may remove a participant whose conduct disrupts or harms the group, without refund.

Confidentiality

What you share in 1:1 coaching is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm to you or someone else.

Our content

Program materials, audio, journals, workbooks, frameworks and templates are our intellectual property. They are licensed to you for personal use only and may not be shared, resold or reproduced without written permission. Deliverables we create for you, such as your mood board or brand persona, are yours to use personally.

Your content

Photos and information you share with us are used only to deliver your program. We will not share your photos or story publicly, including as a testimonial, without your permission.

Website use

You agree not to misuse this site, including by transmitting harmful code, scraping content, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may correct errors in descriptions or pricing and may cancel an order placed in error.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or our programs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the program in question.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
