Digital programs
Mirror Magic and other self-guided programs are delivered by email right after purchase. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it within an hour, then reach out and we'll resend it.
Coaching programs, VIP Days and the Mastermind
There's nothing to ship. After you enroll, you'll receive a confirmation email with your welcome details, your Discovery Questionnaire, and how to book or join your sessions. Most coaching happens online; in-person VIP Days are scheduled directly with Stacey.
Clearance items
We ship clearance costumes and ready-to-wear pieces anywhere in the world.
- Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout once you enter your address.
- Orders usually ship within 2 business days, and you'll get a tracking number by email.
- A signature may be required on delivery. If you're not home, your package will be held at the nearest post office.
- Customers outside Canada are responsible for any duties or import taxes.
- All clearance items are final sale. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days.
